Abstract

In Ecuador from the instances that guide the educational management, they indicate as a priority the promotion of innovation through the use of technologies towards an information and communication society as it is referred to in the Plan Nacional del Buen Vivir or Sumak Kawsay. And the present article describes a proposal of educational innovation using Information Technology and Communication (ICT) and Universal Design for Learning (UDL). The objective is to boost the formative process of the subject and the development of competences in the students (investigative competence - autonomy of learning) of the University of the Armed Forces (ESPE), in the Career of Infant Education, subject of General Psychology.
