Abstract
The present article figure an analysis of the function of education in front of the discussion around the distinction between the concept of policy and politic. The text focus of emphasis in a different pedagogical practice wich has placed in Quito, in the school “Mujeres de Frente”. It purpose allows articulate a critic around the Ecuadorian National System of Education and it´s character formative and regulatory. It also explain the necessity of asium the act of education as a labor that could be transformative or standardized with the objective to increase the discussion about the responsibility of the teaches labor and it`s empowering capacity.
