This article develops cooperative dynamics in education associated with corporal, inclusive and empathic awareness in the classroom, techniques that provide a place for training, development and growth of the individual towards life in community, increasing social and communication skills from the principles of cooperation: solidarity, mutual aid, self-management, sustainability, participation, democratic management, inclusion, gender equity and linkage with society. The development of basic skills, such as communication and social skills, requires mostly a cooperative structure of activities within and outside the classroom.
