Abstract

Pedagogical leadership in communities that learn is important from the point of view of community learning, where the pedagogical leader’s guide makes it possible to learn in a meaningful and functional way. The objective is to understand what a pedagogical leader is, what we call communities that learn and where the conjunction of these two occurs for an efficient teaching work, recognizing that each human being can be a leader, and within a society formed in ethical values and morals the succession of these seeks the sustainability of human beings prepared. The hermeneutics of the subject starts with the reading, comprehension and interpretation of conceptions raised from texts and the teaching experience, in order to obtain a broader vision on the subject. Finally, the triangulation between the theory, the experience of the author and the results of the bibliographical research concludes what; when the teacher becomes empowered of his space and assumes an epistemic position in the classroom, he becomes a pedagogical leader, who enrolls all children in a learning system that favors their growth and integral development.
