Abstract

Reaching educational transformation is possible, when forces are added throughout the educational community. Therefore, from the different proposals of the pre-professional practices of distance careers of the National University of Education (UNAE), they aim to generate reflection in and on the practice, as a basis to generate changes and enhance the learning of students. Students, generating the process of unlearning and relearning the teacher in practice. In this sense, the present text aims to raise awareness of the experience of the processes of reflection, unlearning and relearning of the teaching student from a phase of diagnosis of their own needs, the reflection of their practice, proposal and execution of new alternatives. Through direct observations in the territory and conversations (interview) with the teachers, we can get closer to show that the transformation of the practice emerges from the need of each teacher leading to unlearning and relearning.
