Abstract

Poem is the artistic name of Carmen Jaramillo, born in Tabacundo on July 18, 1965, currently 52 years old. She comes from a large family, she has 17 brothers, 7 men, 7 women, 3 deceased, she is the 10th daughter. Her father (+), José Honorio Jaramillo Espinoza, married Luz María Espinosa Saavedra (+) on September 28, 1944. A fertile marriage of seventeen children, thirteen of whom are still alive. The situation of the house was difficult. The parents did not have enough money for higher education, they could only give them a secondary education and then they looked for ways to help them by sending them to other places in charge with family and friends, so that they could study. In Carmen's case, she wanted to continue studying and they took her to a boarding school for girls to help in the kitchen and they gave her the study. But she didn't want to and ran away; and she didn't return home, she arrived at her older sister's and started working and studying at the high school. He finished high school at Colegio Tabacundo, and wanted to go on to college. His childhood ended when he started working from the age of 12.
