Contemporary education faces the challenge of addressing student diversity without sacrificing academic rigor or motivation. This article presents a theoretical and methodological systematization on the articulation of three approaches: Universal Design for Learning (UDL) as a structural framework, Gamification as a motivational engine, and Artificial Intelligence (AI) as a teaching scaffolding tool. The objective is to propose an integrated implementation route that allows educators to personalize learning in heterogeneous classrooms. The methodology used is based on documentary review and analysis of innovative pedagogical experiences, contrasting neuroeducational principles with the capabilities of new generative technologies. The results suggest that AI optimizes the creation of multilevel resources required by UDL, while game mechanics sustain the attention of the student's affective networks. It is concluded that this methodological triad not only reduces learning barriers but also transforms the teaching role towards a more efficient and empathetic management of school diversity.
